If Lucent declines to act on a request, you may appeal that decision by submitting a written appeal to the contact information provided in “Contact Information” within a reasonable time. Lucent will respond to your appeal within 60 days of receipt. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General at https://www.oag.state.va.us.
DATA RETENTION
Lucent retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. When personal information is no longer required, data is disposed of through secure deletion or anonymization.
