Accessibility Statement

Effective July 22, 2026 | Last Updated July 22, 2026
Lucent Operations, LLC (“Lucent”) is committed to ensuring that lucentoperations.co is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Lucent is actively working to improve the accessibility of our website and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and will continue to reassess accessibility on a regular basis as new assistive technologies become available and/or new guidelines for digital accessibility are published.

Current Status

Lucent has not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of this website. Evaluation of this website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria and implementation of remediation measures occurs on an ongoing basis. This statement will be updated as conformance status changes.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS AND USE OF THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Until a formal accessibility audit is complete, specific conformance gaps across all pages and third-party integrated tools cannot be fully characterized. The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to (a) Wix.com Ltd and (b) VRCG, Inc. Lucent is aware that third-party platforms utilized on this website may present accessibility limitations outside our direct control, and Lucent will continue to work on website development and third-party utilizations that prioritize greater conformance.

Until a formal accessibility audit is complete, and knowing that third-party platform utilization may present accessibility limitations outside our direct control, Lucent therefore declares partial conformance for some pages of this website.

Lucent is aware of a known limitation presented by the use of embedded .pdf documents throughout the website. Lucent has identified this as a conformance issue and has scheduled correction for Q3 of 2026 to adopt accessible .pdf design. Accessible documents will replace the current inaccessible documents as available.

ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Lucent aims to support compatibility with current assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and display settings such as increased text size and high contrast modes. As part of the effort to remain as accessible as possible via as many assistive technologies as possible, the website has carefully considered the following accessible design features using the assistance of accessibility review technology to check for issues:

  • color contrast of all content to meet required standards

  • inclusion of alternative text for all non-decorative images

  • accessibility of forms using field labels and descriptions

  • elimination of all empty links, empty buttons, and ‘click-bait’ language

  • reduction of motion and animation

  • proper definition of language and content order

  • clear definition of heading structure
